After a New Build we engaged Sam to design, plan and complete our new landscaping needs. He was adaptive with the design process to ensure we covered exactly what our brief was, and was also flexible along the way as we changed and modified a few things. Sam was 100% always available and responded to messages, emails and phone calls promptly without having to be chased up!! The job was completed efficiently and quickly and the outcome has been fabulous and even better than we expected.We then also engaged Sam to complete some Landscaping work at our Offices and have again been thoroughly please with the outcome. While our fifth house build was under construction we started to interview landscape designers. We were fussy as we have had some horror experiences in the past.Sam was the fourth landscape designer we interviewed and we were sold almost from the start. His confidence and knowledge in his craft were outstanding. Sam listened and understood our brief to him and designed full landscaping back, front and the sides of our house including designer lighting He did a wonderful job and presented the design very professionally including a 3D movie for us to watch.We had such confidence in Sams ability to do a great job we handed absolutely every aspect of our landscaping over to him and his team.We were not disappointed with the result. Every deadline was met, communication was always easy and any changes were navigated with no problems. All the trades Sam contracted were seriously quality tradesman and in the seven weeks it took to complete our job all trades were reliable, considerate and left our property clean and tidy each day.Sam has followed up months later to make sure we are happy with everything and gifted us with a great landscape gift pack.We are extremely happy with the finished product and couldn't recommend Sam and his team highly enough.

We are absolutely delighted with our back garden that was designed and installed by De Vries Designs. Initially Sam designed our front yard for us. Our house was a new build and we had a tight budget provided by the land developers and not much space. I could never have come up with a design so contemporary, functional and appealing. The plants compliment and balance each other and the greenery makes our house look inviting. The front yard is one of my favourite things about our home now. Sam listened to what we wanted and trusting in his creative opinion paid dividend. We are now in the process of completing the backyard using Sam and would do it again in our next home!

Sam from De Vries Designs did an amazing job on my front and back yard. I am very happy with the outcome its exactly what we had imagined. Everyone always comments on how good it looks. Its very easy to maintain and the plants he has used look good all year round. The whole process was easy and no stress for me.

Landscaping, specifically soft landscaping, was definitely not something we considered or costed into our build. As our build was nearing completion we started to look at landscaping options. Sam’s name (De Vries Design) kept coming up and we contacted him. Sam worked with us and our builders to develop a plan that would work for our home, lifestyle and our budget. Sam’s concept for our home was well considered and beautiful.Our garden is now finished and it’s an absolute joy to be in our garden and it’s lovely to look at from inside the house. Sam completely transformed our backyard to a level we didn't know was possible. He had a vision - could show us that vision with his fly through design and then most importantly could deliver on that vision.
